Just Play badminton sessions are fun, sociable and offer you the chance to play with a host of different people. You’ll have the opportunity to free play and meet other students from different courses and colleges. Practice your skills, have a laugh and get competitive on the court. Our session leaders will take you through the basic rules and join in the fun of the session.

Dodgeball is a team sport where players throw soft balls at opponents while trying to avoid being hit. The game typically involves two teams, and players are eliminated if they’re hit, catch a ball, or step out of bounds. The objective is to eliminate all players on the opposing team. It’s fast-paced and encourages agility and teamwork.
Join us for an incredibly fun and social session. Sign up as a group, or come solo, you are guaranteed to leave this session with new friends, and a lot of laughs.

Padel tennis is a racquet sport combining elements of tennis and squash, typically played in doubles on an enclosed court. The game uses solid rackets and a depressurized ball. Players serve underhand and can use walls to return shots. Come along and try this fun, social, friendly game that is easy to learn and perfect for all ages and abilities, which is quickly becoming increasingly popular worldwide!

Wanting to try it for the first time or looking for a social activity to try to meet new friends then come along and give pickleball a go.

Social walking is a group activity where people walk together, to break away from their studies, to explore the outdoors and to socialise whilst getting in some daily steps. Meeting at different locations each week, and walking different routes around Cambridge, if you are looking to just walk and chat, capture some photos for your Instagram page, or increase your step count then this social walking group is the session for you. Table tennis, also known as ping pong, is a fast-paced indoor sport played on a rectangular table divided by a net. Two players (singles) or two teams of two (doubles) hit a lightweight ball back and forth using small paddles. Points are scored when the opponent fails to return the ball correctly.
Whether you’re a casual table tennis player, or you haven’t played before, looking at coming along by yourself or with your friends for some social play. All ages and abilities are welcome to come and give table tennis a go, and to work on the skills of the table.

Lacrosse is a team sport played with a small ball and a long-handled stick called a crosse. Lots of students try Lacrosse for the first time when starting at Cambridge, so you'll be in the company of other beginners in a warm, friendly and encouraging environment to develop your skills.
