UCAPP Athlete Profile: Peter Molloy - Orienteering

How has UCAPP supported you while studying abroad?

"I've kept in regular contact with my S&C Coach, Tristan, and we've developed a programme that is using the facilities I have [while studying abroad]"

Peter's sporting achievements over the past two years include representing team GB at the World Universities Orienteering Championships, Junior World Championships, and Senior European Orienteering Championships, as well as being the current British Champion at M20 level in Sprint, Middle, and Long distance disciplines. At the time of this interview Peter was studying abroad and was able to continue his training with the support of the UCAPP team. This sporting year, Peter aims to make the selection for GB senior team for the European Orienteering Championships and the World Cup Orienteering Round 2, finish with a podium-place in the BUCS Orienteering Individual and relay disciplines, and place in the top 10 individual results at the JWOC.
