Gym Programmes

Which is the right fitness pathway for you?

 

Gym Welcome

Free

Up to 25 minute session

  • Ideal for members new to a gym environment.
  • Familiarise yourself with all our facilities and services.
  • Understand the key health and safety aspects of the gyms.
  • Learn the essentials on the fitness equipment.
  • A chance to speak with a member of staff and get exercise advice to help you get started. (Advice on warming up, what sets and reps to do etc.)

Personal Programme

£Free

Up to 55 minute session

  • Suitable for everyone, especially if you're new to the gym.
  • Programmes are designed around an individual's needs for a more effective workout.
  • The length of the plan can be tailored to your requirements. Once the programme is complete you can choose to renew the programme or try one of the other programme options.

Personal programmes are restricted to one per member per 12 weeks. 

Personal Training

£50 - Buy 5 for the price of 4 at £200

60 minute practical session

  • Perfect for those who really want to make the most of their training. Ideal for athletes, people who need more guidance, people who lack motivation, anyone who has a specific goal - sport/wedding/competition etc.

Group Personal Training

- Personal Training sessions for 2 people £65

- 5 for 4 Personal Training for 2 people £260

- Personal Training for 3 - 5 people £75

- 5 for 4 Personal Training for 3 - 5 people £300
