This new initiative, powered by Cambridge University Sport, offers a range of specialised 4-week courses designed to enhance your fitness journey on topics suited to you, at a level suited to you.
Instructed by our coaches, Performance Academy courses will help you:

Courses
Strength & Conditioning for Golf
Elevate your golf game in our 4-week strength & conditioning course. Improve swing power, endurance, and flexibility tailored for golfers.
When: Mondays, 5:30-6:25pm - Starting Monday 8th April (4-weeks)

Women's Strength Training
Empower your body and mind in our women's strength training course. Learn proper techniques, build muscle, and boost confidence.
When: Tuesdays, 7:30-8:25am - Starting Tuesday 26th March (4-weeks)

Starting Strength: Introduction to Strength Training for Beginners
Want to get stronger but don’t know where to start? Our beginner’s course is the perfect way to master fundamental exercises, gain confidence, and build a strong foundation.
When: Tuesdays, 6:00-6:55pm - Starting Tuesday 26th March (4-weeks)

Olympics Lifting for Novices
Dive into Olympic weightlifting and learn proper techniques, enhance power, and ignite your potential.

The Performance Academy is for everyone whether you are a member or not, experienced with exercise or a complete beginner.
Each course is limited to 8 participants, allowing the instructor to focus on individual needs and create a supportive learning environment.
You can book your spot via our app or at the reception in a similar way to booking any other class.
