This week we are making some upgrades to our Membership & Bookings software.

Whilst we aim to make these changes as smoothly as possible, we do expect there to be some disruption to the bookings app. This is likely to be confined to the afternoon of Tuesday 22 September and Wednesday 23 September.

If your access to the app is disrupted, please call Reception on 01223 336580 to make or change a booking. It's important to try the app first.

We will be adding extra staff to deal with the increase in call volumes but we appreciate your patience if you find it difficult to get through.
