As some of you may already know last year the Cambridge community suffered a tragic loss when Clarissa Nicholls passed away. In Clarissa's memory, family, friends and teammates came together to raise awareness through Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY), and to raise money for ECG Heart Screening days for current Cambridge students. The friends' and family's fantastic efforts have raised enough funding for screening days to take place in Cambridge.
Before the bookings open for the screenings, we are offering current students an opportunity to complete an expression of interest form which will ensure they receive the booking information as soon as bookings open. If you would like to register your interest then please complete the form on this webpage.
Screenings are for current Cambridge students under the age of 35, these free places are only able to be offered because of the funds raised in memory of Clarissa, so please only sign up if you can attend.
Further information on CRY can be found on their website https://www.c-r-y.org.uk/, and further information on Clarissa Campaign for Cambridge Hearts, including how to support this cause, can be found here https://www.gofundme.com/f/e6ue6r-clarissas-campaign-for-cambridge-hearts.
