Everyone at the University of Cambridge Sports Service is very sad to hear the news of Eddie Butler leaving us far too soon. 

Earlier this year, we created a video with a very simple message; 'Sport Belongs to All'. Eddie, being a Cambridge alumnus, ex international rugby player, journalist and commentator understood and believed this message and the importance of sharing it. He brought the script to life in his well known, deep, passionate and meaningful tones.

We give our best wishes to his family and will be forever grateful for his contribution to sport at Cambridge.
