Ever wanted to learn Olympic lifts, or exercises such as squats and deadlifts? Or just want to know how to use an Olympic bar safely and effectively? Then our in-house Barbell Club could be just the thing you're looking for!
At each drop-in session a qualified and experienced coach will be on hand to demonstrate, analyse and coach you to a better technique. This is a free service for members of the Fitness, Strength and Conditioning Suite. All levels of experience welcome.
