On January 24th from 3pm until 7pm there will be a public exhibition on the plans for enhancing the hockey provisions at Wilberforce Road. The exhibition will take place in the pavilion, and representatives from the University Sports Service and the City Hockey Club will be there, with some of the project's technical advisors, to talk through the plans and to answer any questions.
 
This is a collaboration project between the University’s Sports Service and the Cambridge City Hockey Club; it is a great opportunity to improve the facilities to benefit existing and new user groups that include the University Hockey Clubs, college teams, local schools, the City Hockey Club and other hockey teams and their players.
 
The proposals have the support of England Hockey and are consistent with the recommendations set out in the recently approved Cambridge City Council and South Cambridgeshire District Council Playing Pitch Strategy.
