With the global pandemic causing a rapid adoption of digital technology, we are delighted to announce that our #StayActiveCambridge programme is here to, well... stay! 

Each week starting from Monday 18 January 2021, we will be posting engaging health and fitness content direct to our Youtube channel. What's more, it's free! You can subscribe to us on Youtube directly, join our closed Facebook group of likeminded individuals or check out any of our other social media platforms (@camunisport) to stay up to date with session releases. 

Stay Active Cambridge Timetable

 

We asked our Facebook community what they would like to see each week. Using the results of the survey we have put together a timetable of daily releases to help keep you active. 

Monday: Yoga

Each monday at 10am, we will release a Yoga session for you to complete from anywhere in the world. Designed to be completed with minimal equipment and for all levels of ability, you really have no reason not to give this a try. Never tried Yoga before? Watch this five minute introduction video. 

Tuesday: Coaches' Corner

This is what we are most excited about! Each Tuesday, we will be publishing a short, educational video on topics all relating to health and fitness. Designed to be short and punchy, delivering a key message for you to take into your everyday life and training. 

Wednesday: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) 

Wednesdays are for working hard. This HIIT session will have your pulse raising and the sweat pouring. Never tried HIIT before? Watch this short introduction video. 

Thursday: Pilates

Each Thursday at 10am, we will release a Pilates session for you to complete from anywhere in the world. Designed to be completed with minimal equipment and for all levels of ability, you really have no reason not to give this a try. Never tried Pilates before? Friday: Strength & Core

As the name suggest, every Friday at 10am, we will release a pre recorded session, designed to put that core to the test. This session can be completed with minimal equipment and by levels of all ability; you really have no reason not to give this a try. Never tried Strength & Core before?
