Studies, Sport and Sleep: strategies for juggling the juggle

The first workshop is on the very important subject of Sleep & Recovery. The presentation will focus on what sleep is,  and why its important to address your sleep so poor sleep doesn’t affect performance in sport and/or study. The presentation will provide a proactive approach to managing sleep, studying and sport, including discussions on strategies for good sleep/downtime.

The session will be led by Dr Sarah Gilchrist, who has previously worked for the GB Rowing Team and the English Institute of Sport.
