The shortlists for the Sports Awards 2023 are revealed during the week commencing 29th May on the University of Cambridge Sport website and social media channels!

Club of the Year 

Based on the success in all areas of a club 

Team of the Year 

Awarded to the most successful sports team of the year in terms of performance and achievement 

Sports Person of the Year 

Recognises the highest achieving athlete at the University of Cambridge 

Newcomer of the Year 

Recognises someone new to a club or committee who has made a great impact 

Unsung Hero 

Recognises the individual that does all the work in the background to make things happen 

Outstanding Contribution 

Outstanding contribution in all areas of sport and physical activity at the University of Cambridge beyond over an extended period of time

Sports Club Personality of the Year 

Recognises the individual who is the life and soul of a club 

Sporting Moment of the Year
