Handball Club

Cambridge University Handball Club welcomes players to a fast-paced, high-scoring team sport combining elements of basketball, football, and rugby. Played indoors, players compete to score past the opposing goalkeeper, using speed, precision passing, and tactical awareness, making it a brilliant way to build fitness, teamwork, and coordination.

We field a men's and women's team, competing in the BUCS league and Varsity, alongside opportunities to play in regional leagues with Cambridge City Club. Training takes place twice a week at the University Sports Centre, and there's a strong social side to the club alongside the competitive calendar.

No experience is needed, and the club is open to undergraduates, postgraduates, and staff, whatever your background, there's a place for you here.
