Golf Club

Cambridge University Golf Club, founded in 1869, is one of the University’s oldest sporting clubs, bringing together student golfers with a shared passion for the game and a proud competitive tradition. Today, the club offers opportunities to represent Cambridge at a high level while being part of a welcoming and close-knit golfing community.

Members enjoy a distinguished fixture list at some of the finest courses in the UK, including the historic Varsity Match against Oxford, one of the oldest amateur team matches in golf. Alongside competitive golf, the club has a strong social side and a thriving club culture from a range of backgrounds.

The club welcomes undergraduates and postgraduates, particularly those with some playing experience who want to continue developing their golf at university. Whether competing for the Blues, Stymies, or Ladies, there is a place for committed golfers in the club.
