Dancers Club

Founded in 1950, Cambridge Dancers' Club (CDC) is a non-profit, member-run town and gown society that promotes dancing across Cambridge. We're a registered University society, and while most of our members are Cambridge students or staff, membership is open to any adult in the area, including those from Anglia Ruskin, Cambridge Regional College and the wider community.

Our members range in age from 18 to 70+, though we're unable to offer most classes to under-16s. Anyone with a disability or vulnerable adult status is welcome to get in touch so we can make suitable arrangements.

We mainly focus on partner dancing, offering classes across a range of styles taught by independent professionals. Depending on demand, we also run competitive training, medal tests, and demonstrations, including performances at Cambridge May Balls.
