When and how did you get into sport?

“I started playing lacrosse aged 11 whilst at secondary school”


What are your top sporting achievements?

- U23/Senior England Squad

- Captaining Cambridge team to BUCS final and varsity victory

- Selection for Senior England Tour to Israel

- National Champions & European Finalists with my home club, Centaurs


What is your advice for balancing sport and academia?

“Plan each day well and be sure to include time for seeing friends and having fun around all the training and academic commitments- also don’t sacrifice sleep!


What has the support from UCAPP meant to you?

“The strength training and physio support has meant that I can focus more and maximise my physical performance to be the best athlete possible while balancing the other commitments of Cambridge”
