Cambridge University Ice Hockey Club
About Us
Founded in 1885, CUIHC is one of the oldest ice hockey clubs in the world. Along with its Oxford counterparts, CUIHC is part of the oldest ice hockey rivalry in the world, culminating each year in the Varsity Match. The club has two teams, the Blues (1sts) who compete in BUIHA, and the Narwhals (2nds) who form the recreational side of the club.
Training
1h weekly off-ice strength and conditioning session held at the University Sports Centre and led by a fitness coach: 7:30-8:30 Mondays
3h total weekly on-ice training at the Cambridge Ice Arena: 21:00-23:00 Tuesdays and 22:30-23:30 Thursdays
