Barbell Club & Open TTR

Have you ever wanted to learn Olympic lifts or exercises such as Squats and Deadlifts? Or do you just want to use the functional equipment in the Team Training Room? Come along to one of our Barbell Club and Open TTR sessions where a qualified and experienced coach will be available to demonstrate, analyse and guide you to a better technique. 

These sessions are free of charge for all members and booking is available via the app.
