Our state-of-the-art fitness suite has something for everyone. As well as the more well-known TechnoGym cardiovascular equipment including rowers, treadmills and ellipticals, we also have arm cranks and a ski erg. In addition to this, we have a free weights section and a range of weights machines, as well as a stretching area for your essential cool-down or foam-rolling session.
