Pilates Classes

WHAT IS PILATES?
Pilates is a non-impact form of exercise developed by Joseph Pilates. It is based on a set of exercises that are designed to improve flexibility and strength for the overall body, without building bulk. Initially the primary focus is on awareness of the spine, proper breathing and flexibility.

HOW TO BOOK
Payment is for the entire course. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis upon receipt of a booking form and payment. Cancellations must be made one week in advance of the start date. After this date Pilates courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for missed sessions unless there are special circumstances.

If suffering from injury, please speak to the instructor before enrolling.  An initial 1:1 session may be more appropriate. Once your place on a course has been confirmed you will be given an enrolment form that you must take along to the first session. In the rare event that classes have less than 7 clients, we are obliged to cancel them. You will be fully refunded should this occur.

Level 2 - Improver Pilates (beyond beginners)
