Classes at Fenner's

The PE Department run fitness courses, classes and tests for University Staff and Students.

CIRCUIT CLASSES (STUDIO AND OUTDOOR)
A combination of cardiovascular and resistance exercise stations to provide a complete body workout. Run by our highly qualified and motivating fitness staff, Circuits is a  fun and challenging class for all abilities. The outdoor version involves more running and is excellent for games players. For more information click on the Circuit Class link to the left of the screen.

PILATES CLASS
Run by highly qualified and experienced external instructors, our Pilates classes involve low impact exercises aimed at improving flexibility, strength, posture and alignment. Pilates can help those who would like to improve general health and wellbeing, return to exercise post-injury or compliment training for a particular activity or sport. ZUMBA CLASS
Dynamic, fun, easy to follow, dance based cardio workout to a blend of Latin and international music.
