Helen Boyle


Helen graduated with BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Sciences from The University of Birmingham in July 2005. She holds the following certificates: YMCA Level 2 Gym Instruction, First Aid at Work, ASA Level 2 – Certificate for Teaching Swimming, ASA Level 1 - Assistant Swimming Teacher Certificate, Sports Coach UK/ASA Good Practice and Child Protection, Sports Coach UK Fitness and Training, England Netball Level 1, 1st4 Sport Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Football, F.A Emergency Aid, F.A Child Protection and Best Practice, British Sports Trust/CCPR Community Sports Leaders Award, Disability TOPS Coaching Course. In addition, Helen has recently become a member of The British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences, which enables her to keep up-to-date with developments in the field of sport and exercise science.

Now at Fenners, Helen is responsible for the coordination of new member inductions, equipment maintenance, personalised training programmes and circuits classes.

After being a member of the City of Cambridge Swimming Club from the age of eight and competing at National level Helen has often used her experience and knowledge to coach younger swimmers, both at the club and at the local splash school. She also extremely enjoys watching sports such as football, tennis, athletics and golf, both as part of the crowd and on television.
