Having worked at the University of Cambridge for several years as a Studio Cycling Instructor, the transition into this additional full time role has been seamless. Ashley has given up the entrepreneurial world, where he ran his own running events company, to become the Marketing Coordinator for the Sports Service covering the Sports Centre, Wilberforce Road Athletics Ground and Fenner's Tennis and Cricket Ground.

As an avid Arsenal fan, Ashley is used to being round a team who work well together and deliver results (without the 9 year wait.) He likes playing Squash recreationally and spends many hours in the gym; talking rather than training.
